Life on the team...

On a daily basis:

End to end responsibility of delivering IT infrastructure products for our client.
Ensure on-time delivery, keep customer informed
Coordinate with virtual teams and suppliers, driving actions and implementation
Manage orders in clients workflow systems
Ensure correct inventory is maintained
Proactive jeopardy management and delivery against target lead times.

You are the ideal candidate if...

You are fluent in English
You are interested in Procurement and have experience in a multinational environment
You have experience with MS Office tools especially with Excel: formatting, basic formulas (total, sum), as advantage: Vlookup, Count A, Pivot
You have good interpersonal and communication skills
You have good analytical skills
You have a basic understanding of general contractual terms and conditions worldwide.
