Life on the team

On a daily basis:

  • Manage requests arriving via the FLS engagement portal and allocate opportunities to Presales colleagues
  • Ensure all requests are registered, assigned, and routed to the appropriate Presales colleagues. Maintain and update the workflow system, chasing requestors and colleagues for updates, and progressing requests through the system
  • Maintain tracking of all quotes and their status to produce monthly management reports and real-time business intelligence
  • Work closely with Sales, Service Managers, and Designers to ensure request information meets required standards and communicate any issues back to the requestor or customer
  • If required, explanation and presentation of the services offered to internal customers
  • Gather information through relevant business systems/tools to ensure the relevant data is recorded
  • Provide good customer service to ensure that requests for information are provide
  • Prioritises own workload to ensure that deadlines and customer requirements are met
  • Advising and providing support to customers to satisfactorily resolve queries
  • Ensure that information provided by requestors can be processed by all areas of Presales
  • Provide accurate and detailed asset analysis for support services cost models
  • Determination of service costs for small changes taking into account internal data, such as failure rates, volumes, and also manufacturer specifics
  • Coordination with internal departments and documentation the results
  • Managing the Team-Mailbox
  • Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation

You are the ideal candidate if ...

  • You have experience of relevant business systems e.g. SAP.
  • You have good communication skills in German and in English.
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
  • You are able to plan & organise your own workload.
  • You have proven experience of high standards of customer service.
  • You have good administrative experience, an eye for detail, ensure data accuracy, provide data for reporting and information processing, even in stressful situations.
  • You have excellent interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and are able to build relationships at all levels.
