Life on the team…

Developing and maintaining the trainings portfolio (e.g. new joiner trainings, soft skills trainings, language / communications trainings, technical training for customers, etc.)
Recognizing the need for training
Creating training materials
Implementation of current training methods (e.g. gamification, simulation, case studies, coaching etc.)
Ensuring accreditation
Improving participant satisfaction
Evaluation of the success of the trainings
Reporting regarding to trainings
Active and regular co-operation with the international training team.

You are ideal candidate if you…

Have fluent German and English skills
Have experience in conducting trainings
Have experience in creating training materials
Have knowledge of methodology, didactics and rhetorical skills& questioning techniques
Can provide constructive feedback
Have strong presentation skills
Have ability to speak in public
Can work independently
Are good in active listening, logical thinking and explaining
Have ability to self-reflection and reflection on others
Have strong communications skills.
