German Speaking eCommerce Consultant

As a future member of our Group Technology Sourcing (GTS) global team you will have the chance to take part in a constantly improving department.

The eCommerce Specialist implements solutions independently in coordination with other departments. This role focuses in particular on the conceptual development, that meets the customer's requirements.

On a daily basis:

• You provide consulting services to clients with a focus on evaluating electronic business processing requirements and translating them into solutions
• You provide and recommend processes/methods and ensuring the optimal use of existing standards
• You coordinate all internal and external parties contributing to the design and implementation of an eCommerce solution, like specialist departments, technical resources, or System/Solution Owners
• You manage project communication, including functional communication and escalation management
• You create appropriate engagement-related documentation according to customer specifications and company standards
• You create materials for internal or external trainings
• You prepare detailed project planning, formulate precise work orders, and coordinate with internal service providers (ISP) and provide an overview of costs incurred
• You present project concepts and results to the customer’s IT management, lead project meetings, and ensure service scope compliance
• You manage technical issues, oversee time management, coordinate risk management, and handle change management
• You support and advise on the conception, implementation, and development of our service offering for national and international customers
• You evaluate technological and economic risks
• You conduct workshops and presentations on the positioning of CC’s eCommerce capabilities and process optimisation in business processing
• You independently create required presales materials
• You collaborate on internal optimisation projects to increase the quality, functionality and stability.

You are the ideal candidate if...

• You have at least 3 years experience in eCommerce
• You are fluent in English and German
• You have experience in providing technical management and advisory support to project teams
• You have good knowledge of at least one e-commerce solution
• You possess strong business acumen with knowledge of IT merchandise and service processes
• You have the ability to collaborate and maintain a constructive network of relationships
• You have strong analytical skills, high resilience, entrepreneurial mindset, and very good communication abilities
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
• You are willing to travel.

You have an advantage if...

• You are proficient in sales, logistics, and invoicing processes
• You have experience in the organisation and structure of ITIL-based processes
• You have experience in consulting activities in various industries
• You have knowledge of various project management methods
• You have good knowledge of common eCommerce tools and their capabilities
• You have advanced SAP knowledge (MM/SD).
