As a Sales Specialist Smart Infrastructure, you play a pivotal role bridging commercial and
operational excellence. You’ll be responsible for the full project cycle — from commercial
positioning and client engagement to execution and successful delivery.

Your mission is clear: ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the
highest quality standards — whether in Belgium or across borders with our international
clients. You will report directly to The Director Solutions BE.

What you'll do

  • Lead the full sales process: site analysis, quotation, and project closing
  • Coordinate seamless project start-ups in collaboration with clients
  • Procure materials and develop accurate project plans
  • Act as the central point of contact for clients and external partners
  • Drive project execution and monitor progress with all stakeholders
  • Maintain structured administration and clear documentation
  • Collaborate with fellow Solution Specialists to align resources and planning
  • Prepare and submit complete project files at completion

What you'll need

  • Strong technical insight with the ability to read technical plans and interpret work
    orders
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Skilled in coordinating projects and sharing information across teams
  • Physically handy for small technical installations
  • Experience with AutoCAD and structured cabling is a plus Clear and confident communicator – both with clients and partners
  • Hands-on attitude with a structured, proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and driven to deliver excellence
  • Dutch and/or French, with a good command of English
