Life on the team

In this role, you’ll act as a key link between our central Group Development teams and the local business (Netherlands/Belgium). You’ll bring multichannel campaigns to life by smartly reusing, adapting, and localizing high-quality corporate content (corporate stories, portfolio messaging, sustainability narratives, social assets, website content, responsive/bid library).

The goal is to create measurable engagement that supports sales cycles across 1-to-many, 1-to-few, and ABM motions.

You’ll make sure our stories, messaging, and assets truly land with the right audiences, and you’ll support the CU Director with internal communications and sales enablement whenever needed.

What you'll do

  • Plan and run integrated campaigns across email, social (organic & paid), web, intranet, newsletters, events, and webinars –following Group Campaign Guidelines (audiences, objectives, messaging, KPIs, timing)
  • Leverage Marketing Development Fund (MDF) from focused vendors in close collaboration with Partner Management team
  • Ensure message and brand alignment; prioritise reuse of Group Development content and adapt only where needed
  • Select and operate the right internal/external channels (e.g., ONE CC intranet, Viva Engage, SharePoint, LinkedIn, corporate web) and manage publishing/scheduling
  • Source, adapt and package Group content; brief micro-assets when required; collaborate with content owners and leverage the Responsive bid content library
  • Run day-to-day project management: timelines, checklists, approvals and quality control with Sales, Country Marketing, Practices/LoBs, partners and agencies
  • Define KPIs (reach, engagement, quality traffic, account/contact interactions, influence on pipeline), deliver clear reports and insights, and iterate
  • Support events and webinars with before/during/after orchestration (teasing, calls-toaction, post-event nurturing, amplification of replays/highlights)

What you'll need

  • 2–4 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience, with a passion for campaign execution and seamless project coordination (experience in IT/services is a plus)
  • A solid understanding of ABM motions and how engagement supports sales
  • Excellent planning and stakeholder management skills; comfortable coordinating
multiple workstreams and meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong written communication and copy-adaption skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus); ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and buyer-journey stages
  • Practical knowledge of channel operations: intranet/newsletters, social (LinkedIn), email/marketing automation, web/CMS; basic asset adaptation skills are a bonus
  • A collaborative, customer-focused mindset, detail-oriented, quality-driven, and comfortable working within governance and brand guidelines
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Account Engagement (Pardot) for marketing automation and engagement tracking
  • Strong tool fluency, including PowerPoint, socialscheduling/management tools, and ideally Excel/power BI for reporting and insights
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Occasionally travel to Amstelveen (NL) to foster on-site collaboration
  • Fluent in Dutch and English required, French is a plus
