As our Facilities Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of our local operations in Belgium, managing everything from daily vendor coordination and purchasing, to supporting sustainability initiatives, fleet, and facilities compliance.

You’ll have the freedom to solve problems, drive improvements, and act as the go-to expert on procurement and facilities matters across our Belgian office.

What you'll do

  • Oversee and optimize daily vendor activities and facilities services
  • Act as the main contact for outsourced fleet management, validate offers, manage vendor communication, and advise stakeholders
  • Act as the main contact for outsourced facility management, validate offers, manage vendor communication, and advise stakeholders
  • Coordinate contract management, vendor selection, and local negotiations
  • Manage Employee Benefits (Fleet, Mobile phones hardware & subscriptions, Internet for employees, etc.) and ensure proper onboarding of new hires regarding these benefits, providing guidance on available options and processes
  • Handle purchasing responsibilities and serve as cost PO owner, from creation to control and follow-up
  • Collaborate with group-level teams to deliver clear, data-driven reports (e.g., solar panel performance, CO² consumption...)
  • Provide hands and eyes support onsite and work with Group IS and other key areas of the business to support the local IT processes
  • Monitor KPIs and support local reporting demands from group-level stakeholders
  • Prepare business cases for workplace improvements, including benchmarking and cost analysis
  • Proactively identify and suggest improvements in operations based on data insights
  • Stay up to date with local legislation affecting procurement and facilities
  • Help drive continuous improvement based on operational data and control
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments, external vendors, and senior leadership
  • Keep colleagues and stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged
  • Act as a third-line support for GIS-related queries (if technically inclined)
  • Familiarize with company policies & adopt changes if required

What you'll need

  • Previous experience in a similar role (facilities, fleet coordination...) is a plus
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with ownership from A to Z
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills
  • Good communication skills to simplify complex topics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables), to build effective reporting dashboards
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Solid knowledge of facility-related legislation and a strong commitment to staying up to date with legal and compliance requirements
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work independently
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence and employee satisfaction
  • Basic knowledge or experience in Health & Safety is a plus
  • Fluency in English, Dutch and French is required
