Explore our selection process

Get ready for a challenge and experience a selection process that is designed to enhance your self-awareness, broaden your perspective, and build further important skills.

30 MINUTES

Stage 1
Online Application

Complete our online application form, upload your resume, and answer a few questions. If you meet our qualifications and we like the sound of what you have to offer, we’ll invite you to meet with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team to discuss the program, interview process, and timeline.

40 MINUTES

Stage 2
Video Interview

We’ll send you an invite to join a video interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team. They will assess your potential as a candidate for the Sales Associate Program. This is a soft skills interview.

10 MINUTES

Stage 3
Predictive Index

Once you’ve successfully completed your video interview, we’ll send you a link to Predictive Index. This short, online behavioral and cognitive assessment will generate a score that we’ll use to determine whether you’ve made through the next stage.

35 MINUTES

Stage 4Video Presentation & Technical Interview

We’ll ask you to give a 7–10-minute presentation on a technical topic of our choice, but you’ll have the flexibility to make it your own. We’ll leave time at the end for a Q/A session (ours and yours). This is a great opportunity for you to get to know us better- and for us to get to know you! You’ll be informed of next steps shortly after your technical interview. Keep in mind, we call this a technical interview, but we are simply assessing your interest in tech. There’s no need to be highly technical to join the Sales Associate Program but you should have an avid interest in technology.

2 DAYS

Stage 5
In-person Assessment Center

You’re almost there! Lasting two days, our assessment center is held in Norcross, GA (outside of ATL). You’ll have an opportunity to see the area, we’ll host a networking dinner, and you’ll stay overnight (don’t worry, we’ve got the bill!). The next day, we’ll have a full day of interviews typically involving a group activity, individual interviews, and an elevator pitch to members of our senior sales team. We’ll let you know within the week whether you’ve been selected and are ready to embark on your new sales career at Computacenter!
