Joining us as the Group Partner Director for Dell (including EMC) and their federated companies, you will be responsible for leading our virtual team across our group, developing our partnership strategy that enables growth. A key component to this role will be articulating and demonstrating the opportunities of working together in both organisations. The ideal candidate will have a background in Sales Alliances or Partner/Product Management and will be able to travel and work across our European territories.

This role sits within our Group Commercial Operations and their mission is “to maximise user productivity and the business value of IT for Enterprise and Corporate organisations. In doing so, we deliver strong returns for our shareholders and enrich our employees' careers”.

The Ideal Candidate

You can be based from one of our offices but will be required to be flexible with travel as required. What we do look for is a proven experience of leading and managing a virtual team, offering motivation, guidance,  personal development and an ability to develop clearly articulated and well justified strategies and/or business plans. The ideal candidate will have a clear track record of executing against objectives and working across functional teams with consistent communications being at the heart of it.

We are looking for someone who is highly self-motivated with proactive approach to commercial engagement, facilitation to executive level and business development.
