The UK Services team are responsible for managing the in life contracted services to all our customers. We engage directly with our customers to ensure Computacenter delivers on our contractual commitments, whilst ensuring our services are aligned to meet our customers’ business needs. Driving continual improvement and operational efficiency is a constant focus of the team and we do this by leveraging the best practice and capability within our shared services factory.
You will be part of a friendly UK Services team based on site for one of our prestigious customers, responsible for finding practical solutions to IT problems. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of supply chain products and services to all areas of the customer, also for working with our virtual teams to pro-actively add value to the customer in the supply chain space.
We’re also looking for someone who is qualified with the relevant professional qualification and has experience of managing a team of non-technical and technical staff, as well as a good knowledge of relevant functional systems and experience in developing best practice policies and procedures for functional areas. You will be expected to adopt Computacenter’s best practice and service offerings to ensure consistency of service and also act in accordance with CC’s Information’s Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other security risks to the organisation. Individuals will manage annual P&L’s of up to £5M annual revenue spend either as Service Principle with a smaller scale client, or have responsibility for a specific element of services management in a larger scale customer reporting to a Service Director

Experience of managing complex infrastructure and end user computing managed services provided to large scale business, often working across multiple locations.
