Life on the team

The Dispatcher will play a key role in sustaining and improving the delivery of our IT operations for one of Computacenter’s strategic customers. This is primarily an on-site role, focusing on queue management, ticket allocation, communication and escalation, hardware logistics, and documentation/reporting. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant IT operations experience, strong communication skills in English and Dutch, and a customer-oriented mindset.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and allocate incoming incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
  • Assign tickets to appropriate resolver groups or onsite engineers.
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders regarding ticket status and escalations.
  • Coordinate hardware and accessory logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements.
  • Provide guidance to team members and collaborate with client teams.
  • Act as a point of contact for TME (VIP) users.

What You'll Need

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT service coordination or dispatch roles.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (especially ServiceNow).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Team player with a proactive and analytical approach.
