Life on the team

The Dispatcher will play a key role in sustaining and improving the delivery of our IT operations for one of Computacenter’s strategic customers. This is primarily an on-site role, focusing on queue management, ticket allocation, communication and escalation, hardware logistics, and documentation/reporting. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant IT operations experience, strong communication skills in English and Dutch, and a customer-oriented mindset.

What You'll Do

Monitor and allocate incoming incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
Assign tickets to appropriate resolver groups or onsite engineers.
Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders regarding ticket status and escalations.
Coordinate hardware and accessory logistics.
Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements.
Provide guidance to team members and collaborate with client teams.
Act as a point of contact for TME (VIP) users.

What You'll Need

1-2 years of experience in IT service coordination or dispatch roles.
Familiarity with ITSM tools (especially ServiceNow).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
Team player with a proactive and analytical approach.
